This is a Carver passive subwoofer with integrated center channel speaker which was sold together with the TS-M30 front satellite speakers and optional TS-S20 rear satellite speakers for a 5.1 system by Carver in the 1990's. It has a 4 ohms rating and measures 23.25"H x 31"W x 16.25"D and weighs 60 lbs. It has a 1" tweeter a 12" woofer. Frequency response is rated at 32Hz - 20 kHz with an efficiency of 90 dB and a 375 Watts power rating. It can be used as a subwoofer and/or center channel speaker but it is passive and will need an amp to power it. It was designed to support a 32" tube TV but can easily be used to support a flat screen TV of almost any size. I used it as a sub only and it was powered by a Carver amp. I purchased this new in the late 1990s from a local Carver dealer. I do not have the original box but do have the owner's manual & brochure. It comes from a smoke free home but shows some wear and tear. (See Photos). It looks and sounds very good. The price for this is for local pickup only due to its weight & size.
