For your consideration; A used Carver M-500 Stereo Power Amplifier Rated at 250 Watts/channel RMS into 8 Ohms. For a detail description of this amplifier and its specifications, the owner's manual is available at the following address; http://thecarversite.com/manuals/files-manuals/Carver%20M-500%20owner%20manual.pdf This device is fully functional and sounds great. Both meter and their lamps work as they should. Cosmetically, I'd rate this unit as "Fair to Good," with the normal amount of nicks and scratches for equipment of this age. Personally, I think the M-500 series was one of Carver's finest amps, and, to my ears, having a more open and transparent upper range than its brother, the M-500t. Selling because I got just too much "Stuff.". Flat rate USA shipping of $30 will get the unit to your door, carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will be slightly higher (please e-mail me for a quote). Sorry, no local pickup. Finally, because of the distances involved and the ever increasing cost of fuel, I will only make one trip to the UPS/FedEx per week (Thursday). So if you wait to pay until Thursday or later, your item will go out on the next shipping cycle, and no amount of gnashing of the teeth will change that.
