Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern; that is why we offer a 30-day return policy (unless otherwise stated in the auction). However, you MUST email us for a RMA # and write it on the return package. Items sent back without a RMA# will be disregarded. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping; you will be credited for the full cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes; shipping fees are non-refundable. Items over 30 days cannot be refunded. All returned items must be packed and returned in its original condition; excessively wrinkled or damaged items will not be refunded.
