This product was designed for old versions of windows XP, Vista etc. not compatible with win 10. No new drivers available. Had to hookup to older laptop with win 7 to get it to print.

The Canon Selphy CP400 Thermal Printer is convenient - I am able to carry it around with my Canon PowerShot Digital Camera, all in one Canon carrying case. However, I was only able to print one out of 5 pictures. The ink cartridge is inconvenient and if a picture does not "produce" there is no way to recapture the used film sheets - I could not rewind the cartridge and ended up wasting a full ink cartridge. I tried using paper from another name-brand manufacturer and kept getting error messages that the ink did not match the paper. All in all, I was able to print just one picture. It was a GREAT picture, quality was very good. However, one out of five was not acceptable. Very disappointing.
Unfortunately only compatible with specific Camera which is not included. Print paper and ink were usable in My New printer that I just purchased.

I have purchased several photo printers with not much satisfaction until THIS unit. It is a good value at just under a hundred dollars and remarkably mall foot print and well weighted. Excellent photo quality and thorough instruction booklet in several languages which was helpful for my friend who reds and speaks French.
