Upon receipt of your purchase, please contact us via email or phone if you have any issues or concerns about the item. Please allow us to fix the problem before you leave any feedback. Our main priority is your satisfaction. Returned purchases must be received by our office within 7 days of buyer receipt. The buyer will return the item and assume all return costs. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Restocking fees are calculated based on the purchase price. Electronics, electrical and mechanical items do not come with any expressed warranty from The Outlet Store2. PAYMENTS Payment is due no later than 5 days from date of purchase. We only accept PayPal when shipping your purchase. If you would like to pick up your purchase at our local store, we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, PayPal and Cash. If you are paying for your purchase and picking it up at our store, please call our office to schedule a pickup date. DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING At this time we only ship within the continental United States. Items weighing 1 to 50 pounds will be shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service upon receipt of your payment. Items weighing over 50 pounds are shipped via LTL Freight unless otherwise noted in the item description. The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Items going to a PO Box, Alaska/Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS only. If an auction states Local Pickup Only, the item cannot be shipped and must be picked up at our store during normal business hours. COMBINED SHIPPING Combined shipping is available when you purchase multiple items from The Outlet Store2. Regular shipping charges apply to the first item and 1/2 price shipping charges apply to all others. Please DO NOT pay for your items until we have adjusted your shipping costs. We will not refund any shipping costs if you purchase multiple items and pay for them before the shipping charges are adjusted. LOCAL PICKUP All items are available for local pickup Tuesday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Our store is located at 1598 S Muskogee Ave Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
