Never Been Hit
These clubs are just like buying clubs off of the shelf! It may be common for these clubs to still have the protective factory shrink wrap on them, but is not a defining characteristic.
Mint
Clubs that are considered MINT are for all practical purposes new, but may have some shop wear, or may appear to have been played between one and five rounds. Clubs in this category will still retain their factory luster.
Very Good
Clubs in this category have seldom been used, and will have minimal wear. They have been meticulously cared for, and have no signs of abuse. VERY GOOD clubs appear to have been played approximately 10-25 rounds, and will retain most, if not all of their original factory luster.
Good
Clubs with a GOOD rating have been well cared for, and have no signs of abuse. These clubs will typically have normal ball markings on the face, and normal ground scratching on the sole, which will not in any way affect play. There may be some light surface scratching on or around the crown that will not hinder performance. GOOD condition clubs have been played approximately 25-75 rounds.
Fair
Clubs included in the FAIR category will likely include one or more of the following: sky-marks, scratching, minor dings, paint chipping, factory clear coat wear or chrome wear. All clubs in this category are still in working condition and none of the wear would hinder performance. Clubs in this condition have typically been played over 100 rounds.

Olney Golf Park hopes that you are happy with your order. Due to the heavily discounted nature of our items, we have a limited return policy. We do not place a warranty above and beyond the manufacturers warranty on any club we sell. After seven (7) business days all sales are final.

Shipping To Canada
Due to customs requirements, a contact telephone number must be suppled when purchasing a product.  Also the purchaser is liable for any duties or taxes levied on the product.

If You Change Your Mind
If you decide that you do not want the product that you received, and the product was listed correctly, you have seven (7) days to contact us for a return authorization. After seven (7) days all sales are final.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price is applicable.
  • Original shipping charges are non refundable.
  • New items must not have been used or have any visible marks.
  • Used items must be clean and in same condition received.

Damages in Shipping

Incorrect Item Received
Occasionally an error may occur. Olney Golf Park will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product (wrong loft, flex, dexterity, club) please call 301-570-6600 and we will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price including shipping. Please have the incorrect item / box with you when you call so we can verify inventory number received.

Inadvertent Misrepresentation
Our experienced club listing agents typically undervalue the club rating. Please read condition ratings and club description completely before contacting Olney Golf Park. If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please contact customer service.

  • The customer is responsible for the returning product.
  • Once received Olney Golf Park will re-evaluate the item, and determine if there in fact was a listing error.
  • If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
