Delivery

You must provide a valid telephone number prior to shipment.

With residential deliveries, the shipment will be held until you are contacted to confirm a drop off time. Standard curbside service ONLY. The driver is NOT required to help move the tanning bed.

Insurance

All purchases include shipping insurance for your peace of mind. Winning bidder must follow freight insurance policies upon delivery in order to file a claim. Please inspect the bed upon arrival for any damages. If you request that the driver wait while you inspect the shipment, the driver is REQUIRED to do so.  If there are any damages, you MUST SIGN "DAMAGED" on the shipping receipt! 

Transit Time

To ensure the highest quality service, please allow up to 14 business days for preparation of tanning bed(s). Your item will ONLY ship on business days after payment has cleared. Transit time may be delayed if the delivery (above) terms are not met. Please use the MAP for color coded transit time to your area:

  • Green States: 1 - 3 business days
  • Blue States: 3 - 5 business days
  • Yellow States: 5 - 7 business days

After the unit is loaded onto the carrier's truck, we have no control of how our shipments are handled. Our company can NOT be responsible for damages caused by an outside agency - for this reason we include shipping insurance! All sales are final.**Please Note: This purchase does NOT include a buck booster. The need for a buck booster varies depending on in-home / commercial voltage supply, location, etc. If a buck booster is required, we will be happy to add one to your purchase. Adapter (plug) may vary.
