  • Shipping, handling and related fees are not refundable. Shipping cost for returning the product will have to be paid by the customer. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • After 30 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider.
  • Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 3 days from the date item is shipped.
  • Refunds cannot be accepted when any UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code has been tampered with.
  • Please note a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns that are found non- defective or are un-authorized by DealzPc.
