Q) How is it that His N Her Touch's prices are so much lower than the prices of the retail department store?
A) His N Her Touch is the leading online fragrance store. It offers its customers designer, brand name, and hard to find fragrances and fragrance accessories at discounted prices of up to 70% below manufacturer's suggested retail prices. Because of the large combined volume of products that are purchased by us and our relationships with suppliers and fragrance manufacturers, we are able to purchase these products at special prices. These purchasing savings are then passed on to our customers.
Q) How is it that His N Her Touch is able to carry certain items that cannot be obtained anywhere else?
A) Traditional retail stores are restricted in the variety of items they are able to stock, because they are catering to a specific demographic area. However, we has a much more efficient inventory model that makes it cost effective for us to carry a much wider variety of products targeting all kinds of niche customer demands.
Q) Will His N Her Touch continue to carry the hard to find items in the future, i.e. can the customer be assured that they will be able to continue to purchase these items from His N Her Touch?
A) We are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction, and will do its best to satisfy all of its customers' fragrance needs. If a customer is searching for a hard-to-find fragrance, we will do our best to locate that item and keep it in our inventory. You can be assured that we will always carry a wide selection of brand name fragrance products.
Q) Does His N Her Touch sell imitation brands, old and or used products?
A) His N Her Touch does not carry or sell any imitations, old, or used items. All of our products are the same quality you would expect to find at the leading department stores.
Q) Can I call you and pay with my credit card?
A) Please, don’t call us for phone payment. We cannot take your credit card over the phone. However, you can certainly use your credit card via Paypal.
Q) I’m also bidding on other items.
A) Please hold the payment until you purchase all the items you want. When you are done, request the total. Then, we will send you the revised invoice with shipping discount applied.
Q) Can I have the tracking #?
A) We automatically send you the tracking # by Paypal. As soon as we process the shipping, tracking # is sent to your e-mail address. If you have not gotten the tracking #, please check your spam mail folder. If you still don’t have it, please ask us for tracking #. We will manually send you the tracking #.
Q) When will my item be shipped?
A) Usually, we process shipping within 24 hours from the order. Please allow us 1-2 business days for shipping.
Q) Can you ship to APO/FPO?
A) Certainly! We will ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority. The shipping charge will be same as domestic charge.
Q) Can I pick up the package and pay with cash?
A) Sorry, we DO NOT allow any personal pick ups.
Q) Can you ship out using my FEDEX, UPS or DHL account?
A) NO, we can’t. We do not use 3rd parties account for shipping. Also, we use ONLY UPS and USPS for shipping. Please do not ask us to use any other carriers.
Q) It has been already 7 days. The tracking status is not updating and the package has not been delivered yet.
A) If the package is lost, we usually issue immediate full refund for items with insurance. But, 7 days are not enough to determine that the package is lost. Under certain cases, items are delivered after 1-2 weeks. If you don’t receive within 1 month from the dispatch date, we will issue full refund for items with INSURANCE.
Q) Can I return or exchange?
A) All the returns have to be done within 7 days from delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charge. Initial shipping charge will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee will apply. (NO EXCEPTION).
Q) I received wrong item/damaged item.
A) Please send us an e-mail to resolve the issue. We will certainly exchange with correct item at our cost.
Q) Do I have to pay custom or VAT upon the receiving the item?
A) Depending on countries, you might have to pay duties or VAT. We are not responsible for those charges
Q) What do NIB stand for?
NIB stands for NEW IN BOX.
Q) What is the difference between EDP, EDC, and EDT?
A) Eau De Perfume, Eau de Toilette and Eau de Cologne are different categories of fragrance. EDP is a more concentrated fragrance. EDT and EDC have a softer concentration of fragrance as compared to EDP.
Q) How can I extend the life of my fragrance?
A) Keep your perfume in a cool, dry area, and away from sunlight. That is how we store our inventory in our warehouse
