1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR TOP PRIORITY! Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days of the delivery date. This return is valid for a one-time replacement of the purchased item. Should a replacement item be unavailable, we will refund the money you paid for the item less shipping and handling charges. In order to return, you should contact us and return the item per our instructions at your expense. In order to honor your claim a dated purchase receipt or other written proof that the item is within the return date limit will be required. The return policy is limited to the original customer and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the item.
2. If there is an issue, our pledge is that we can work together to resolve the issue. We have always been extremely fair and always try to work with our reasonable customers. Negative feedback should only be given as a last resort! We strive for positive feedback. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if a mistake has been made. 3. We are surplus equipment resellers and do not have the expertise to provide testing for functionality beyond powering up the item and recording our observations.
