1. We ship UPS Standard, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail International.
UPS â€“ UPS normally takes 1 to 5 business days and provides tracking. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL DOMESTIC â€“ This option is faster than First Class, usually 2 to 3 business days, and includes tracking.
USPS STANDARD FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL- This option is the cheapest option. Please note that this option does not include insurance and it does not include detailed tracking of the package. This is also the slowest method. We do NOT recommend utilizing this shipping method to ship to Brazil, China, Russia or Africa as this service transfers the package to local shipping companies and we have experienced lost packages in those countries.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL - This option is the safest way to ship internationally. This option has detailed tracking on the shipment. Because it offers detailed tracking, in the event the package is lost, we will be able to resend the item since we will be able to verify that it is lost. This option is also available for combined shipping. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES WILL GO THROUGH THE RECEIVING COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS OFFICE, WHICH MAY DELAY (SOMETIMES SIGNIFICANTLY DELAY) YOUR SHIPMENT. THIS IS A FACTOR OF EACH COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS OPERATION AND IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. YOUR SHIPMENT WILL REACH YOUR COUNTRY IN A REASONABLE TIME, BUT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE TIME YOUR ITEM WILL SPEND IN CUSTOMS BEFORE IT WILL REACH YOU.
