At the end of our auctions, we send Confirmation Notices to our customers via e-mail. These notices contain detailed information about our auctions such as the total amount due, remittance address and payment instructions. After we receive payments for auctions, we send payment confirmation notices to our customers via e-mail. In addition to payment confirmation notices, we also contact our customers via e-mail if payments are not received in a timely manner. This notification serves only as a reminder and insures adequate time to respond and protect payments that may be lost in the mail. We do not penalize customers for circumstances beyond their control such as lost mail or computer glitches.

feedback as soon as payment is received. We take pride in our actions and hope you will continue to bid on our future auctions. Customer satisfaction is our #1
priority and if you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us before feedback is left so we can resolve the situation properly.
Negative feedback will be given for all NON-PAYING BIDDERS
and it will also show a NON-PAYING BIDDER in their feedback. You will also be forbidden
to bid on our future auctions. Per eBay terms and conditions, in order for us to recieve a credit on our fees for the auction we must start a NON-BIDDER alert. After the alert is given you will have 14 days to contact us about payment. The alert will not be counted against you if payment is received; however, after the 14th day and no contact is made you will receive a NON-PAYING BIDDER.
