We offer different types of shipping options. Our STANDARD SHIPPING is a ground type of service and normally takes up to 5 days to receive. We will ship your item at our discretion via UPS, FedEx Smart Post, Parcel Post or First Class, depending on the item purchased.

We are a business and have normal business hours, which means Monday thru Friday, 9 am EST to 5 pm EST. All questions and requests will be attended to during these times. Questions submitted after 5 pm or on the weekends will be answered the next business day.

If you will be needing several dresses for the same bridal party, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you purchase your items in ONE single transaction. We do a large volume on and off of eBay and can not guarantee you the same dye lot if they are not purchased in ONE transaction.

We process orders as they come in, so if you purchase a size 5 you will get a size 5. If you are in need of multiple dresses in the same style, but different sizes, please purchase the sizes you need, do not purchase 3 of one size and request 3 different sizes. We will gladly accept a return within 7 days of receiving your item. There is a $10 restocking fee per dress returned.
