Keep in mind our ANTIQUE & ESTATE pieces have been LOVED/USED throughout the years. The items will show this! We do NOT clean or polish items because the patina, or old look is what makes the piece what it is. If you like, I'd suggest a light-steam cleaning by YOUR jewelry when you purchase a peice. If you're looking for mall-type *BRAND NEW* shiny jewelry this is NOT the place for you!

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

We greatly value customer’s satisfaction and service. Please ask question on ANY item at least 1 DAY BEFORE the AUCTION ENDS, as we do NOT accept returns due to their sensitivity of having the quality tampered with.

We provide you with 7 days for sending us the payment on AUCTION ONLY type items. ALL STORE and BUY IT NOW items will be provided with 3 days after the sale for sending payment. If these rules are NOT complied with an "Unpaid Item" notice to eBay will be filed. Please remember to pay for your items so we may ship them to you as promptly as possible.

SHIPPING:

We ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate Boxes (2-3 Business days) or USPS First Class Mail (2-5 Business days). Your Shipping Fee will be determined by the size of the item you are bidding on. We include insurance on pretty much all of our packages to protect both the buyer and seller in the transaction. We will include the cost of insurance in our shipping prices.

WHOM WE SELL TO:

We currently sell to domestic U.S. buyers and shipping. International Buyers please contact us regarding shipping before you bid as you will have additional costs added on. On MOST international items, we will ship registered USPS mail and it will have to be signed for.
