Items are always shipped within 24 hrs after payment, if i can't find your item, or item is not as described, payment will be refunded within 24 hrs.
I will combine shipping costs for multiple items whenever possible. Please ask me for the total amount, or proceed to do discount at the time of payment.

I always try to do my best on the shipping time but sometimes takes longer than expected, NO RUSH, and be patiente.
When item is shipped a notification email is sent, and then you will receive another email with the tracking number. Ususally this is updated when is delivered
I will ship only to the address shown on eBay invoice, so if you want to do a DROPSHIP, please change your address at the time of payment, I do not pay attention to the notes on paypal payments and emails regarding address changes after transaction is paid and completed.

Auction winners will be contacted by e-mail and will have 7 days to submit payment for their auction purchase. After 7 days, a "Non-Paying Bidder Alert from eBay" will automatically be filed and an email will be sent from me as a reminder as well. If I do not hear back from you 7 days after the "Non-Paying Bidder Alert from eBay" I will automatically send eBay a "Request for Final Value Fee credit" and assume you do not intend to pay. At that point I will have no choice but to relist the item and post appropriate feedback. Items not purchased within the time frame above will no longer be available to you.
Due to the volume of listings on eBay, on very rare occasions listed auction items may be unavailable at auction end. In such cases, the winning bidder will be notified that the item is unavailable, and I will try to arrange for a reasonable item substitution or refund.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
Buyers have 30 days from purchase date of each item to notify me of any concerns. Items are sold "As is." No warranty is applicable unless otherwise stated. After this 30 day period all sales are final.
If I am notified within the 30 day period, I will accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges for any item that is not as described in the auction listing or not working properly. Buyer will be responsible for costs involved in return shipping of item.
Full refund will be provided for items than I agreed to be returned to my location.
Partial Refunds is a option to solve any inconvenience caused for item mal function.

When mailing payment or return item, be sure to reference your eBay ID, email address, auction number and delivery address. If you do not include this information, I will not know what item your payment is for and shipment will be delayed. Please write your information neat.
