We will be happy to offer a full refund for any item that is DOA or is misrepresented. A full refund includes the original shipping charges the buyer paid for the item. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

10.0 – New – Unit is in brand new condition and comes sealed in original manufacturer box along with all matching accessories and instructions. This unit comes complete with full original manufacturer warranty.
9.5 – Mint – Unit was only used a handful of times and is near new condition. The unit has completed a 10 point diagnostics test and is a Certified Pre-owned SkyCaddie. This unit may or may not come with original packaging, but it does include all necessary accessories and instructions. This unit comes complete with a 30 day limited warranty from the date you register it.
9.0 – Above Average – Unit has seen very limited use and it is in excellent well cared for condition. The unit has completed a 10 point diagnostics test and it is a Certified Pre-Owned SkyCaddie. The unit may show slight indications of use, but nothing that affects functionality whatsoever. Original packaging may or may not be included with this unit, but all necessary accessories and instructions do come with. A 30 day limited warranty from the date you register the unit is included.
8.0 – Average – Unit is in used condition but is still in full functioning condition. The unit has completed a 10 point diagnostics test and is a Certified Pre-Owned SkyCaddie. Unit may show some scratches or other signs of use from regular use, but nothing major. Original packaging is not included with the unit, but all necessary accessories and instructions are included. A 30 day limited warranty from the day you register the unit is included.
7.0 – Below Average – Unit has been used many times, but is in still functioning condition. The unit may show signs of substantial use including large scratches or some cracking. Original packaging is not included with the unit, but all necessary accessories and instructions are included. This unit is sold with no warranty.
6.0 – Poor – Unit is in non-functioning, broken condition. The unit may or may not include matching accessories see "what's included in box". Original packaging and instructions are not included. This unit is being sold in “As Is” salvage condition and does not included a warranty

Shipping Information Canada Shipments To Canada we ship primarily with FedEx. Customer is responsible for all brokerage fees that may be incurred. Please note that all Canadian shipments are subject to Canadian Sales Tax (both Federal (GST) and Provincial (PST or QST). Please contact your local customs office for more details. These taxes are paid by FedEx and the customer must reimburse FedEx for these charges upon delivery. We cannot change amounts for declared value. The declared value will equal the purchase price. We also cannot, and will not declare the item as a gift.

International Shipping We ship all international packages with FedEx only with their FedEx International Expedited service. For security purposes for you the customer and on our end we want to make sure that the package arrives properly which is why we make all packages trackable. We have classified international shipments into two zones. If your country is not in one of the two zones we are unable to ship to your location currently. When going through the checkout process, please make sure the select the proper zone other wise your order will not be shipped. Insurance is required on all packages sent internationally. All shipments outside the United States may be subject to brokerage fees, duties, taxes, import and other fees. Any additional such charges levied on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer, not 2nd Swing. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office.
