Payments: PayPal is
the preferred payment method. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction's
close.
*Please be
advised that due to eBay's seller policy changes, with regards to
charging new fees for shipping, I have had to make some changes to
my own shipping cost structure as noted below...
US Shipping & Sales Tax:
Domestic shipping costs for this bead set is a flat rate of $3.00 for USPS First Class Mail (5-10 day delivery time). USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day
delivery time) is also available for a flat rate of $5.50.
SPECIAL OFFER!
Shipping is FREE
when any two (2) or more CCGlassArt auctions are purchased together in the
same transaction (all items will be sent together in one package
via USPS First Class Mail - domestic shipments only).
You must pay for the items together, all at once in the same
transaction, otherwise this promotion will not work. If you pay for
your items separately (one auction at a time) the flat rate shipping fee will be charged to
each transaction and your items will be sent individually since I
cannot go back and refund shipping fees due to eBay's new policy.
You are more than welcome to wait until another auction ends to pay
for a previously won auction, (within 7 days), so that you can take
advantage of this special offer.
*Once your
payment is received your package will ship out within 1 business day unless
otherwise noted.
Sales tax is
applied to any item shipped within the state of California at 8.75%. Those of
you outside of CA enjoy no sales tax!
Canada:
Shipping cost via USPS International First Class (7-21 day
delivery time) is automatically calculated by eBay.
Actual price paid is declared on
custom forms. Please keep in mind that some countries may impose duty fees,
taxes, and other charges once the shipment arrives on your end. CCGlassArt is
not responsible for these fees.
International
Shipping (select countries): Shipping
cost is automatically calculated by eBay based on the destination country for USPS International
First Class service (up to 30 day
delivery time).
Actual price paid is declared on
custom forms. Please keep in mind that some countries may impose duty fees,
taxes, and other charges once the shipment arrives on your end. CCGlassArt is
not responsible for these fees.
Returns: Every
bead I make comes from the heart and is made with the utmost care and attention
to detail. I do not 'mass produce' anything so it is extremely important to me
that you are pleased with your beads. Therefore, if for any reason your not
completely delighted with your purchase please return the item(s) within 14 days
of receipt. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price less any
shipping charges. Partial refunds are not offered. Before sending any item back,
please contact me for
complete return instructions.
Bead Pictures &
Measurements: Every attempt is made to photograph my beads so that the
pictures used in my auctions represent their true likeness with many close-ups
to show detail. However, due to different computer monitor settings, the colors
may appear differently on your screen than what the bead truly looks like in
person. I try to be as detailed as possible in my descriptions, but if you have
any specific questions as to the colors used in any bead please do not hesitate
to contact me.
Approximate measurements are
provided for each bead's length and width to within 1/16 of an inch. Unless
otherwise noted, beads are made on a 3/32" size mandrel, though the actual bead
hole size is just slightly larger due to the bead release used between the
mandrel and the glass itself.
Guarantee:
Each CCGlassArt bead is guaranteed against breakage. Although the proper
annealing of my beads with a digitally controlled kiln for over 14 hours greatly
increased their overall strength and durability, they are still made of glass
and are therefore susceptible to possible breakage. If damage occurs to any bead
you purchase from CCGlassArt, please contact me so I can assist you with
repairing or replacement of your bead.
California Lead Law:
I comply with California's Lead-Containing Jewelry Law, which requires strict
labeling of products that contain lead or other potentially hazardous substances
regardless of how those products are classified for use in jewelry. There are
many jewelry components that are categorized as being perfectly safe to use in
retail adult* jewelry - even by California standards - but this law still
requires that these components be marked with a lead classification.
*Please be advised that all
CCGlassArt beads and/or jewelry components are not meant for use by children.
