Returns are accepted. If you wish to return an item please contact me and I will forward the address details for the return. All parcels are sent with a return address should they not be delivered to you. If you require tracking of your parcel then your item will need to be sent using either Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or International Airsure (please request this after the sale before paying for your item, these services do carry a surcharge - if the value warrants, you will automatically be invoiced using a trackable service for insurance purposes). All items are packed securely and should arrive in good condition. However, in the event of any breakages, this should be reported to me within 24 hours of receipt and will be dealt with as quickly as possible. A photograph of damaged items will be requested before a refund is offered. We do our best to deal with customer problems as swiftly as possible, our business hours are during the evenings and weekends due to other commitments during the day, so please keep this in mind if there are any problems.
