Defective items: Please describe to us the nature of the malfunction and if, upon receipt at our facility, the malfunction is verified, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price, original shipping, and return shipping. If the item performs properly on bench testing, you will receive a refund for the purchase price only (less the cost of the original shipping, if the item was Free Shipping). Unwanted items: If the item is not defective, you may return it but will receive only the purchase price upon receipt. If the item is Free Shipping, you will receive the purchase price minus the actual cost of shipping. If the item condition is “NEW”, the item must be returned in its original packaging and packaged in adequate over-packaging equal to that which was used to ship the item to you. Items that are permanently damaged or otherwise devalued by the breaking of a manufacturer’s seal or by brief use may not be returned, such as printer cartridges that have been installed in a printer. As-Is, As-Described items: If we have described a function as non-working, untested, unable to test, or non-warranted (ie. battery life), AND we have included the phrase “AS-IS” or “For Parts or Repair” in the item description, item condition, or item title, it may be returned but you will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways. If we have described a particular function as “working” and it is found to be nonworking upon arrival, you may return it for a refund of purchase price and all shipping, as long as the malfunction is verified at our facility. If we have described a particular function in detail with the intent of explaining a possible malfunction, particularly on an item of which we have little technical knowledge, the item may be returned for a refund but you will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways.
