• Most items ship within 2 to 5 business days of your order. We ship daily, 5 days per week. The package can then spend up to 10 days in transit.

• We reserve the right to switch the delivery services of UPS, Fed Ex Ground and USPS at our discretion.

• We offer some items that we cannot ship outside the United States of America. International shipping costs will be available on those items that we can ship internationally. If no shipping costs are displayed, the item is not available for International shipment. 
• There are International shipping exceptions with some pet and fish foods, which face import restrictions on a per country basis.  We will notify you when this happens.  For example, we are unable to ship fish food to Australia.
• Customs forms are always filled out accurately. International customers are responsible for all appropriate import duties and fees.
• For your security, we will only use insured and traceable shipping methods.

Returns/Exchanges:

• You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The item should be returned in the original packaging if possible. 
• We will pay the shipping costs and return shipping costs if the return is because of an error on our part.  Otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
• We will typically issue refunds within 5 business days of our receipt of the item.
• If you should receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will handle the replacement much like a refund, with the replacement item shipped after we have received the original item.
