There is a 25% restocking fee plus outbound freight on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. Please inspect your package IMMEDIATELY upon receipt for shipping damages. Shipping damages are not the same as returns and MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. If you return any merchandise without an RA# the shipment will be refused and returned to you. A return authorization must be requested within 14 days after receiving the merchandise.
