  The Homesteader’s Store is an equipment store that deals in new and used equipment sales and rental.  We are a Bobcat and Kubota dealer.  We do both commercial and homeowner rental.  We are a family owned small business that works to make our customers satisfied.  We are a Christ centered company.

Auction Terms

You are responsible for knowing and Understanding all of the following information.

1. WINNING BIDDER:

The winning bidder is to contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to inform us of receipt of their purchase invoice email and their intentions for payment and pickup. We will send you an invoice after the auction ends with our payment address etc.   

2. PAYMENT:

You may pay a $500 deposit on paypal.

We accept cashier’s checks or cash in person if picking up within five days

Full payment is due within five calendar days.

 If you cant' pick it up within five days send a cashier's check or wire transfer. 

 We do NOT accept full payment on PAYPAL. AGAIN NO PAYPAL.

 3. Locations:

 One store is in Madison Wisconsin.  The other is located in a small community in southwest Wisconsin.  We are on Hwy 14 on the east side of Richland Center, WI   53581.  Our phone is: 608-647-4100. 

  4. Delivery/ Shipping:  

 Buyer can arrange shipping or pick up here. We will assist you but the ultimate responsibility is on you.  Our zip code is: 53581

5.  Loading:

We are happy to drive/load this on your truck or trailer for you. No charge of course. We do have a dock and we do have means to load this on a semi trailer or whatever you send providing it will fit in the space provided. 

 6. TERMS OF SALE: 

            Everyone is welcome to come to our place and inspect anything that they are interested in. If you buy on ebay you will be coming to pick up your item not to inspect it. All inspection must be before the end of the auction. If you want to know something specific please email and ask. Please do not assume anything.

            Once the item leaves our place, it will not come back and no refunds will be issued. There is no way for us to know what happens once an item leaves here. Once it leaves our place it is no longer our responsibility.

  7. Machine Specifications: 

 All information is taken from sources deemed accurate, such as Year models, Serial #’s, Weight, Horse Power, Lift capacity etc. We cannot guarantee anything, so if based on available information.  If details such as this are of importance to you please call the manufacturer or do your own research before bidding. 

 8. Hours:

 This is a used machine and we have no way to verify the actual hours.  We believe these to be accurate.

9. Concerns:

 Bid with confidence. We deal with equipment as our business.  We do not see everything but catch almost everything.

  10.  Please do not BID if you do not intend to pay.  

11.  If unit need to be put on a pallet we charge $50 fee for handling.

Unit is for sale locally and owner reserves the right to end auction early!
