All shipping costs and fees will the responsibility of the winning bidder. Items are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days depending on when you pay for your item, your item will usually take 2-7 business days to arrive to your door. We ship through UPS Ground within the United States and we ship through USPS Priority anywhere outside the U.S. If you live outside the United States, please email us and we will issue you a quote for international shipping. Please keep in mind that we do not ship any items during the weekend or regular holidays. (Example: If you pay for your item after 5:00pm on a Friday it will be shipped out the next business day not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Our operating hours are from 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that we do not work on the weekends and major holidays. If your question is not answered promptly, chances are we are out of the office and will respond to your questions or concerns the next business day. RETURN POLICY
Returns are only permitted if part was described improperly, or does not fit due to a listing error. If item is purchased in error, buyer is responsible for shipping back and forth (including original shipping charges). If item is damaged or described wrong, a call tag will be issued and payment will be refunded once item is received back.
