Local Pick-Ups

All items are available for local pick-up. Cash payment is required for local pickup. No exceptions. No Returns on Local Pickups. You may inspect the item for defects and functionality at pick-up.

Pickups are typically Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Special pickup times may be available.

All items ship out in at least 3 business days after the payment clears.

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the email address on file.

In order to offer better service to our customers, we may upgrade your service from USPS to UPS without prior notification.

If you select USPS and definetely do not want UPS, please email us so we do not upgrade your service. Even though UPS is priced higher, sometimes we will pay the additional fees to insure quick delivery and insured service. We do not always upgrade services.

If you change your address after purchase, there may be an additional charge.

We do ship to PO Boxes but physical addresses are preferred.

We can not use your shipping account or allow you to arrange your own shipping except for Freight shipments.

 

International Shipping

We do ship Internationally and to APOs and AEs. Please allow additional time for these items to arrive.

We do not reimburse or pay for taxes, brokrage fees, additional charges, and/or tarrifs on international purchases. These are the responsiblilty of the buyer.

We have a special contract with UPS for CANADIAN Buyers only. Your Brokrage Fees with UPS will be a flat rate of 10.00 US Dollars
