All of our products are from a manufacturers authorized distributor or direct from

the manufacturer. New items are clearly noted in the item detail page as BRAND NEW.  

Any product otherwise will be clearly noted in the item detail page. Items that are used

are always reconditioned by the manufacturer and are listed in the product detailed page

as FACTORY RECONDITIONED. The manufacturer of the product you are purchasing

carries the warranty for all items. Please contact the manufacturer which has staffed

personnel to assist you in answering questions or obtaining replacement parts. The

manufacturer will direct you to their local authorized factory service center where they 

will inspect the equipment for defects, and will repair or replace anything that is found to

be a manufacturers defect and cover it under the product warranty at no charge to you.

All warranty work must be performed by an authorized warranty dealer as directed by

the manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with warranty work

including shipping and transportation to a service center.

Only new engines without gas or oil added will be eligible for returns. If you have added

gas or oil to the engine you may not return the engine due to shipping regulations. All

engine returns must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date. If an engine

is returned and is not in original or new condition, the engine will be retained by

Brand New Engines, Inc. The transaction will be final and the buyer will receive no

compensation. Replacement parts and products other than engines are not eligible for

returns including generators, pressure washers, etc. All authorized engine returns will

be subjected to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, repackaging,

cleaning, etc. The customer will be responsible for both the original outbound and return

shipping charges. When returning items listed with Free Shipping, customers will be

deducted the acutal outbound shipping and handling amount from thier refund. It is up to

the buyer to provide accurate information regarding replacement of original equipment.

We rely on your supplied information to suggest a correct replacement engine.

Any incorrect information leading to the purchase of a replacement engine is the sole

responsibility of the buyer and will be subjected to the 20% restocking fee. An authorized

RMA must be issued by Brand New Engines before an eligible engine may be returned.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To obtain an RMA for an eligible item please contact us by clicking on the

“ask seller question” link within the Ebay listing. Eligible engines with an RMA must be

returned in the original packaging with full insurance and tracking information supplied

to us upon return.

SPECIAL ORDERS   

Sales of certain items are marked SHIPS FACTORY DIRECT and drop shipped

from the manufacturer. These sales will be final, meaning no returns.   

When canceling an order that has already been processed or shipped you will be subjected

to a delivery intercept fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.If you refuse an order at delivery you will be charged the standard restocking fee and be subjected to a delivery intercept fee where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
