Just as you see in the photos (more photos below the text here). This is a genuine BREKKE adjustable, all ebony bridge made by Sound to Earth (Weber). It's pre-owned and appears to have been fitted to a mandolin at some point. I tried to show the "T" and "B" markings on the bottom of the ebony base where someone obviously set this up for a specific mandolin. It's got grooves on the top, and the bridge itself is flat.
Please note: This is for a FLAT (non-radiused) fingerboard. I don't know if these are different for radiused boards, but I suspect they may be. Please check out the Weber site for more info. These cost $60.00 new, plus shipping.

This is in very nice shape, but it is not new. It comes with the original booklet from Sound to Earth, along with the adjustment tool. The advantage of the Brekke bridge is that 1) it's all wood, and 2) the height can be adjusted with the strings under tension.

If you read the online reviews of the Brekke bridge design you'll see they're quite impressive. It's a great bridge, and lovely to look at, as well.
The Sound to Earth website (soundtoearth.com/faq.php?cat=38#faq39) can give you an idea of how the bridge should be measured. This one has a saddle that measures 12mm top-to-bottom, and a base that measures 12.25mm from the center slot to the top where the saddle goes in.
