RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number, from Shopcelldeals, in order to return the product.  If a return is received without an RMA number, the product will be sent back to the customer.  Products must still be NEW, FACTORY SEALED AND NEVER ACTIVATED in order to be accepted for a return.  All returns will have a $6 shipping fee deducted from the refund amount. One day shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item.  

 

If a product is received back and is not factory sealed there will be a 15% restocking fee along with the $6 shipping charge.  If a product is received back and is missing any included equipment, a return will not be processed and the product will be sent back to the customer.  If a product is received back and has been damaged in anyway or has been activated, the product will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be processed.

 

Any product that is received dead on arrival or that has a manufacturer defect can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  A defective or DOA product can be returned for a replacement of the same item or for a full refund, shipping and restocking fees do not apply.  Customer must still obtain an RMA number to return the defective or DOA product.  Customer is required to return all included equipment and packaging in order to send back the DOA or defective product.  If the product is found to be damaged in anyway, the product will be sent back to the customer and a refund or replacement will not be processed.
