Returns:  Ebay now requires a return policy.  The "set up buttons" at listing time are inadequate for what I offer.  I offer a case-by-case return policy.  There are just no one-size fits all solution here.  Typically, I offer several suggestions to help solve any issues and it has worked VERY well without an EBay mandate of a yes or no for return.  If an item has been used, it typically cannot be returned.  Mix-ups from the Ryobi Distribution Center, or missing parts in packages from China sometimes occur.  Usually non-mix up returns have a $10 restock fee and I do not refund postage.  That said, my policy says "no returns."  I have had thousands of happy customers and my ratings are high!  If there is a specific question regarding returns, please email me in advance.  If you have an issue with anything, please hold onto all packaging!  Contact me and I will instruct you on what to do next and we can solve the problem together!

One Price Philosophy:  My pricing philosophy on Ebay is to keep things simple.  You, as a customer, have all the information up front before a purchase.  Over the years, trying to manage the changing costs of materials, inventory, processing, shipping, USPS, product, UPS, FedEx, handling, overhead, insurance, CAN Broker fees, VAT Tax, Ebay Listing/Final Value/ Subscription fees and Paypal charges has become an ever increasing burden on a seller  – spending more time updating listings than selling product.  To make it simple for me and less confusing for a buyer as well, many of these types of costs are impacted in the price of shipping/handling while keeping the price of the product below retail.  Furthermore, Ebay and Paypal do not offer a discount to a seller for passing discounts to a buyer (see my “discount policy”).  A smart Ebayer will keep the total cost of ownership in mind for the product(s) they wish to purchase.  That said; if you have any questions regarding my flat rate shipping, contact me in advance.  Otherwise, I hope to see a  5-star feedback in all categories, especially shipping and handling.  I believe it is unfair to a seller for anyone to lower a seller’s standing by not understanding these conditions up front.  If you do not like my one price philosophy, please find another seller.
