You'll find the Epson 845 printer to be a real workhorse. The convenience of having two paper drawers is great instead of the lesser printers having it stick out the back. "Less paper jambs." The unit is very productive as a printer/copier/scanner as well as fax machine. Maximizes the use of the ink cartridges and prints many many pages in B&W with the oversized black cartridge. I use generic cartridges and rarely have any issues and save a lot of money. Be sure to keep the printer active by printing something from it frequently (at least once a week) to keep the ink from drying in the printer head. I use this printer both at home and have one at work in my office and I love them! Highly recommend Epson Printers! Especially this model.

I love this printer, but there are two short comings. 1 - the AirPrint setup is a bit difficult, but I completed all the steps and could print from my iPhone and iPad. However, this function doesn't last long and I find myself going through the setup process again to get it to work for a little while before it stops. 2 - picture quality is a bit lacking. It may be the picture file quality itself, but I tried to print a couple pictures and the quality was lacking. Overall, a great all in one machine. I would definitely recommend.
I recently purchased one of these on ebay and so far its been great, I really like the wireless feature, it was easy to set up right out of the box, makes good quality photos and prints well, printing is sharp and the price was good so no complaints so far the printing cartridges that come with the printer are the small size but Epson makes a larger cartridge that I will replace them with when they go dry that should double my copy count. I would recomend this printer to anyone with a small office or for home use, the printing speed is adaquate for most anyone and so far I have encountered no jams or error messages. I have had it up and running for a couple of weeks now and it works great, in the last few years I have had lots of printers that crapped out on me I would stay away from HP, and Dell and lexmark they all did not last as long as I thought they should and HP software really sucks.Read full review
Great printer, easy to use touch screen with plenty of options, quality prints. with 2 paper trays will hold plenty of paper. I use it in our home on a wireless network. does everything for the family quickly and effortlessly.
This Multifunction unit is a marvel, simply put it works, and it's a real bang for your buck. It's quiet, fast, and has a ton of working features, allows you to scan, print, fax. Access any type like SD card from any networked PC as well. I have it setup as a wired printer on my workgroup at home containing, Microsoft, Apple and Linux clients, all of them working. Installation is a snap and once setup, adding more systems its a breeze. Keeping software updated is a breeze with the Software Navigator. You would swear you are printing on a laser monochrome printer, except with color. Scan or Print from any PC without any efforts, and the quality of the scanning engine is superb!!!!!
