Bradley flavor bisquettes are the secret to the clean, true smoke flavor of foods smoked/cooked in the Bradley Smoker. The flavor bisquettes burn for twenty minutes resulting in clean tasting food with no aftertaste. Each Variety pack contains 12 bisquettes each of Alder, Maple, Hickory, Cherry, and Special Blend.

Alder – Traditionally used for smoked salmon. Excellent with any seafood.

Maple – Our new favorite for smoked salmon. Great on a tuna steak. Recommended for seafood, poultry, wild turkey, vegetables, and cheese.

Hickory – Considered by many to be the best wood for pork. Hickory’s full rich flavor is excellent for any meat, including pork, beef, venison, and wild game.

Cherry - Sweet natural flavor is great with poultry and lighter flavored foods, such as vegetables and cheese.

Bradley Smoker Bisquettes:

The secret to the Bradley Smoker are the Bradley smoker Bisquettes. To produce the bisquettes, hardwood smoker chips are bound together using precise quantities, at controlled pressures and densities. The flavor of the smoke is determined by the variety of smoker wood being burned.

• Alder and maple used as smoker wood, give a rich and distinct flavor commonly used with seafood, hams, and bacon.
• The stronger and very distinct smoker flavors of mesquite, oak and hickory are commonly used for smoking beef, game meat and pork products such as pork shoulders and beef brisket.
• Apple and cherry smoking chips impart a sweeter, milder smoke flavor, commonly used with poultry and wild game meat.
• Special Blend is a specially formed blend of smoker chips, or smoker bisquettes, with a distinct flavor that is mild enough for any dish.
  

The Bradley Smoker burns a flavor smoker bisquette once every 20 minutes producing a clean smoke flavor. As each is burnt, it is gently pushed from the burner element by the next bisquette, to be extinguished in the pot of water. The cycle continues for as long as the Bradley Food and Meat Smoker is loaded with bisquettes.

When smoker wood burns, the smoke flavor is produced in the initial minutes of the burn. Wood smoking chips or sawdust, burnt for too long, impart a distinct after-taste to smoked food. The flavor would also be affected by fluctuating high temperatures, gases and resins. However, with the Bradley flavor Bisquettes, you get perfect results every time you smoke.

Ground orders are shipped by our choice of carrier. Most orders will ship UPS Ground which includes free insurance and online tracking. Smaller packages ship USPS Priority Mail (usually 3 lbs or less). A tracking link will be emailed the day your package ships.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico shipments:
Shipments to HI, AK, and PR are subject to additional shipping fees. In order to ship your order in a timely manner, we prefer that you email us prior to purchasing and ask for a quote. PLEASE INCLUDE A ZIP CODE for an accurate price quote. Typically, we've found that USPS Priority Mail is cheaper than UPS for these shipments, and you can save additional money by allowing us to ship USPS Parcel Post, which takes a bit longer to be delivered.

APO/FPO Addresses: (Yes, we are more than happy to support our soldiers and ship to them!)
We are required to ship to these addresses using USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. For packages larger than 3 pounds, the cost to use this service is significantly higher than our typical UPS shipping. Please email us ahead of time for a shipping quote. Please include your full address for an accurate quote and include all items you would like, as box volume makes a big difference with USPS.

Expedited Shipping:
We do have the ability to ship much faster than UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you need faster shipping, please contact us for a quote before you bid or buy it now. Shipping to Canada:
Free insurance and online tracking are included unless you choose USPS First-Class International, which is not trackable (even if we send you a tracking number). A tracking link will be emailed the day your package ships. We ship to Canada using USPS First-Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. For some oversize items, or when selected by the buyer, we can ship using UPS Standard to Canada, which . Be aware that UPS charges more courier fees than USPS. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties at time of delivery.

We recommend mail forwarding for all other international purchases. 	Priority Mail - Typically two to three days to most locations in the US. Smaller lighter packages will ship USPS Priority. (3 lbs. or less) Priority Mail International (Canada) - The estimated delivery standard for Priority Mail International is 6 - 14 business days. 	UPS Ground - Larger packages will ship UPS (continental US only). Delivery time typically 1 - 6 business days, depending on your location. Please see the map below for delivery to your area. If you have a problem with your product please contact us immediately. If the product is not defective, it needs to be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused, in order to get a full refund. You can contact us directly at (509) 663-0740 ext. 6 or through the eBay message system. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Remember, even if we offer free shipping on an item, that doesn't mean we don't pay to ship the item to you. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if your item is not defective in order to recoupe our original shipping costs and any discount we would have to give in order to resell the product.
