Warranty We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with our products. All of Bounceland's bounce houses come with 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Blowers come with a one-year limited warranty. Warranty coverage begins with date of arrival. Warranty does not cover tears or punctures unrelated to manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover mold or mildew due to improper storage. Warranty does not cover usage not in accordance with the Owners Manual. Warranty is only valid for normal home use and not for rental or other commercial use. Return Policy Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. A claim will be filed with UPS, who will pick up and return the package, which must remain in its original box with original packaging. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge. You will receive a prepaid shipping label with a return authorization number, send back only the part that is defective. If repair or replacement in not available, you will receive a full refund. Customers returning materials unrelated to manufacturing defects will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus original and return shipping. Products returned must be in acceptably clean condition. A Return Condition Questionnaire will be emailed. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, and must be made in original or comparably sized box as any oversize charges are the responsibility of the buyer. NOTE: For all orders shipped outside of the continental United States (Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, etc.), buyer is responsible for all shipping and other fees on any returns or replacements.
