RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of the sale date for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable, including actual shipping costs that are part of a Free Shipping promotion. This means that all costs we incurred to ship the item to you are NOT refundable even if you purchased an item that advertises Free Shipping. The item must be in factory-new condition complete with all of the original packaging, manuals and other provided accessories.
For any items that are received defective or damaged, Kraft Music will replace the product at no charge to you once the item is returned. If you need the replacement right away, we can set up an Advance Replacement. This will require you to temporarily purchase a new item and we will refund as soon as the defective item arrives back to us.
On Satisfaction returns, this return period is not valid for opened computer software, videos, manuals, books, AC adaptors, cassette recorders, opened electronic percussion pads, used items, special order items, wind controllers, headphones, or any other item that is "health" related. A Return Authorization must be obtained from a Kraft Music Team Member before returning the item.
