The only problem with this product is Bose tried to improve it over earlier versions. The button structure is different than model I have used previously. The instructions that came with it are useless to explain the difference so I am left with experimentation. It is still a very good sounding and easy to use device but improving on it did not improve it.

Sound quality decent - but definitely leans towards bass (which I like, but with this unit ,it drowns out everything else). Battery life is ok, but the advertised, "8 hour battery life" falls well short - in my experience of cranking out tunes, I get maybe 4 hours (sometimes maybe 5?). EBay reviews doesn't offer a reviewer the ability to rate a product on a 1 - 10 scale... it's either good or bad and that's not fair to the manufacturer. So, I rate this product at a solid 6 overall in value and sound quality, but a 10 for Bose quality design.

Im very happy with colour 2 speaker. No negatives really. Cant expect perfect sound from a speaker this size, but for what it is, it is Excellent!!!! Very clear full overall sound. Not tiny or muddy sound at all. Solid, strong clear bass!! Better sound than other speakers I sampled! Easy to link with phone, which lends it to being taken and used a lot wherever I go. Awesome speaker really!!!! I definitely recommend.

Bose claims this speaker will pair with another just like it. They are very wrong! The sound quality is excellent, but Bose is not telling the truth when it comes to pairing two speakers for mono or stereo use. I followed their directions for about 4 hours and had no results. They already have a quality product, why lie and say you can do more with it. I also read reviews of many other unhappy coustomers with the same results as me, unfortunately after I ordered the product.
