We will not accept returns on software.
Items must be returned with a return authorization within 7 days with it’s original content and condition.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization.
Any returns will have a 10% restocking fee.
Refund will be given as Paypal credit.
Return shipping will be paid and handled by the buyer.
PAYMENT AND SHIPMENT
We accept Paypal.
We only ship to addresses verified by Paypal.
If your “ship to” address is different from your “bill to” address and it is verified through Paypal, then we will ship to that address.
Otherwise, we will only ship to the billing address.
We only ship via UPS unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase.
99% of orders ship the FOLLOWING business day after you pay. If you pay on Friday, it ships on Monday. All items are in stock at the time of the post. In the unlikely event an item is oversold, we will be glad to work with you to find an amicable resolution.
American Music’s official policy regarding international shipping
1) We will allow international shipping to eBay members with more than 50 positive feedbacks and a 98% or higher compliance rating for the most recent six month time period.
2) We will also only ship to a Paypal registered address.
3) We will only ship internationally via ups for the following reasons:
a) Both parties will have a tracking number and be able to follow the progress of the package in transit.
b) UPS insurance will allow us to cover a wider range of values.
c) UPS claims will allow the buying party to file a claim based on the insured value.
d) Our shipping department complies explicitly with ups shipping requirements.
e) We need the buyer’s full address and phone number to be registered with paypal for customs documents
f) We will not forge or change the value of the item to help the customer not pay any required Duties or VAT. Our sales invoice, with the actual selling amount, is used as the customs waybill document and UPS invoice number.
If you do not meet the above requirements please do not bid on the item or ask for a shipping quote.
