For all those out there that are fed up with iPhone compatibility issues like upside down videos and pictures when downloaded to your PC and half-baked iOS systems that fix one thing then screw up the next... well this phone is for you! The BlackBerry Z10 has been the best kept secret in the smartphone business. Don't believe the phone hacks at the stores that work on commission or the devoted Android and iPhone lovers... this one is a great alternative. As a matter of fact it is VERY iPhone-like except its more mature you might say. The Z10 is about the size of an iPhone 6. It does have less apps but I never used those stupid apps anyway and besides it was another way they could make money off me. It has the important apps you would need if you are very involved in business or travel. For instance, the built-in GPS Navigation not only looks and acts like a Garmin but it also alerts you to traffic and accidents ahead! I had to pay extra for that on my iPhone. The Z10 is more like a true mobile device or small tablet. It even has a HDMI cable output along with Adobe, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I had to do a presentation the other day and all I had to do was plug my Z10 into the projector and the prompts automatically walked me through the setup. I was up and going in no time! Easy as 1-2... there was no 3! The slide presentation from my email was flawless. Everyone wanted to know what it was and where I got it. If you are a true business professional, follow the lead from the military. They have been issuing out these BlackBerry mobile devices for years because they are solid and reliable and it can take the place of your laptop. Z10 is my second BB phone. Hated the old style myself. Till now, my experience is very nice and happy with Z10. Nothing I cant live with. beside updates are coming. Missing features: 1) Hub is too crowded, I wish it has an option to keep only unread notifications. 2) Percentage battery indicator. 3) Detailed Battery use of each application. 4) Task Manager to check whats running in the background. Minimized application is not enough. 5) Colored LED indicator. 6) Bigger screen (4.8 or 5 inches is nice). 7) BlackBerry Balance to be available not only for work, that is multi profiles.
Works great, came bran new but doesn't carry 4g service with my plan other than that a great phone.
