We aim for excellent customer service do our best to answer any and all questions and other emails quickly, and we try our best to resolve any problems. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance!

Shipping:

Buyer pays shipping. Our estimated shipping costs are actual costs as determined by the USPS and the size and weight item.  We are willing to combine shipping for multiple items purchased so just ask. 

We can ship by various methods besides USPS, please message BEFORE paying about an alternative shipping method than that listed in the auction. Delivery insurance is included in all purchases to protect us and the buyer in the event of a lost package.  The delivery confirmation is used as verification of receipt of your items.  Lost item claims will NOT be accepted if the delivery confirmation indicates the item was delivered.  If you are concerned about items being delivered to your home left outside you MUST request signature confirmation.  We will gladly add it to the shipping costs to insure your items are signed for.  This is the only 100% way to insure you actually receive your items and not limit your ability to file a lost item claim.  Additionally for the protection of us both items with a value of over $250.00 will automatically require signature confirmation.  Please keep this in mind when bidding and prepare accordingly for the arrival of your items.

Items are generally shipped next day, but our policy is to ship within 3 business days of payment.  The reason for this is that I travel from time to time for business and it may take up to three days if your payment falls in a time when I am out of town.  I will notify you if you fall into this extended 3 day window via e-mail.

Additional International Shipping Information:

International bidders are welcome.  If you do not get a shipping cost when viewing the item there may be a restriction to your country that is blocking it.  Please e-mail me if you do not see shipping costs when you view our items to insure they can be shipped to your location. 

Additionally, we can ship First Class Mail International on items under 4 pounds in most cases.  However, for items over $50 (combined shipping and item cost) we prefer Priority Mail International insured.  First Class Mail International does NOT allow for insurance and if you choose that method we can only cover the first $50 of ANY loss when you request First Class Mail International.  When you use the suggested Priority Mail International Insured option we will back your purchase 100% for loss or damage during shipment. 

All items with a combined shipping and item cost total in excess of $75 will ONLY go Priority Mail International Insured only.  First Class will not be an option.  If an item originally was expected to sell for under this $75 limit and then exceeds this amount at auction end your only option will be Priority even if First Class is listed in the original auction.  First Class Mail will be removed as an option on the final invoice.

Also DO NOT ask me to falsify customs documents for financial benefit.  Devaluing items or marking them as a gift on customs paperwork at your request will be rejected.  Only actual values will be reported to the customs service.  ALL customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the customs service.
