2. Because of our deep discounted offers, payment has to be received within 3 days of purchase; otherwise eBay will be reported for all nonpaying bidders.
1. Usually, your order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of cleared payment.

10. Please understand: we have limited control once the package leaves our warehouse. We are NOT responsible for any package that is lost or damaged in your front door or in the mail, if tracking info has proved "DELIVERED".
11. Please DO NOT accept a delivery if the package appears to be damaged or tempered with. Once you accept the package, there is no way you claim later that the package was damaged or items are missing inside. You should just “return it to sender” when you detect any problem with the package BEFORE accepting it.
1. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary WIDELY, particularly during the holiday season.

RETURNS / REFUNDS
