SHIPPING INFO:

I do combine shipping if you have purchased more than one item, it is $3.00 per additional item. If your items are very heavy then shipping will be adjusted according to weight and will not be only $3.00 but please email me if you have any questions to avoid any confusion. Large item and fragile items will be shipped UPS Ground as they can better deliver the package to you and secure the packing well. Obviously if you purchase heavy items do not expect them all to be an additional $3.00 I will be fair and give you my best combined shipping price. I rarely charge a "handling" fee since shipping is already costing us all more and more, but sometimes I have to tack on the .50 cents or 1.00 at most to merely cover my packaging expenses such as the tape, boxes, bubblewrap. I really am fair, so please be fair with me.

PAYMENT INFO:

Please pay for your item within 3 days of winning the auction thanks! If you win over a holiday weekend, your items will be shipped first business day after the holiday. I ship on business days only, Monday-Saturday. No holidays or Sundays! I can only ship your item if you pay obviously, and if your payment clears from paypal on MY SIDE. Sometimes it is over looked that paypal does sometimes hold payments, echecks, and other and if you have any problems with any delays in shipping you should consider checking with paypal first before leaving any neutral or negative feedback if your item arrives late.

REFUND INFO:

 I am open to answer questions, take more photos, or even meausre a shoe if you are unsure it will fit, but I do not refund for buyers remorse or you simply don't like an item. I try and describe all items to the best of my ability, and only sell items that I would want to purchase myself! I offer discounted high end merchandise for low prices and never overcharge on shipping rates. I have a small handling fee that merely covers my expenses of packaging materials. Of course if an item is received and it is not what you purchased, you may return it for a full refund including the shipping back to me. If you are returning something that I have ok'd, then you are responsible for the shipping back to me. I will only refund the actual cost of the item, no shipping fees sorry!
