We do ship to International buyers. If you are outside of the lower 48 states, please email us with destination and we will calculate correct shipping charges. 4. Refund POLICY 1. Refunds allowed within 14 days of delivery if Gracie's 2 Wheelin mislabel the part: part is not as described or doesn’t work. 2. Items sold by Gracie's 2 Wheelin are used parts (in most cases). 3. Buyer must notify Gracie's 2 Wheelin of any shipping discrepancy within 3 days of delivery. 4. If any item is approved to be returned, the item must have all original packaging and the item must be in the same condition as when we shipped. 5. If the Buyer ordered the wrong part or for some reason other than listed above needs a return, Gracie's 2 Wheelin reserves the right to charge a 20% or $10 (whichever is greater) restocking fee and the Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
