Sophie has a soft vinyl head and 3/4 length arms and legs which have been filled with fine glass beads and sealed to prevent leakage. Her head and limbs are joined to a skin coloured luxurious doe suede disc jointed cloth body so she is soft and cuddly to hold - just like a real baby. Sophie's cloth body torso has been filled with 2 sealed bags of fine glass beads surrounded with non-allergenic premium soft polyester fleece for a cuddly feel. Her head has been weighted with an enclosed sac of glass beads surrounded with lots of fleece to make it heavy and this will need supporting just like you would with a real baby. To further enhance her realism, Sophie also has a tummy/chest plate which simply ties on to her cloth body for added posing possibilities.

Postage Details

Baby  Sophie will be securely packaged in a strong packing box

Within Australia: - cost will vary according to postcode, (in most cases will be less than $40 AU) please ask for a quote for delivery to your area. Sophie will be sent via registered parcel post with full insurance. I never make a profit on postage charge, and I never charge for packing supplies or petrol :0)

International: - cost will vary according to your location, please use the ebay shipping calculator or contact me for further information. Shipping will be via Express Post International which includes a tracking number - I never make a profit on postage charge, and I never charge for packing supplies or petrol :0)

Return policy

I stand behind my work 100% and proudly showcase it with large, clear photos and many close-ups, all of which are completely un-edited (other than to sometimes add my nursery name, crop a photo or lighten a dark photo). Within the auction listing I also explain how my babies are made, down to the tiniest details, so please read the listing carefully :0) If, upon delivery of your baby you feel that your baby is 'significantly not as described' I am happy to work with you to resolve the matter or offer a refund (final auction price only, not shipping,  insurance or custom/import fees) provided you contact me as soon as you receive your baby. All items are to be returned within 3 days of buyer receiving the parcel, in the same condition as it was sent in. I take detailed photos of my babies' in their boxes before they are sealed for their journey to prove the condition they were sent in. Buyer is to pay return postage and insurance fees. Please note: I can't offer a refund in the event that you have you have changed your mind, your circumstances have changed or you want to avoid customs fees - it is very time consuming and expensive to list a baby on ebay :0)

*Although Sophie can be held and cuddled he is not suitable for a young child due to the magnets and filling materials.
