1. We ship to Confirmed Paypal addresses only. No Exceptions!
2. We ship to the 50 states, Canada and APO/FPO locations.
3. Orders within the USA and Canada are shipped via UPS or FedEx only.
4. Orders shipped to APO/FPO locations are shipped via USPS.
5. When importing parts to Canada additional taxes, custom fees, border fees and broker fees will be collected at the time of delivery by UPS or FedEx. These charges are calculated at the border by the Canadian customs agents and are paid to Canadian customs, not to AutoPartsMall.ca. When importing parts to Canada, the customer agrees to these fees associated with their import.
6. Immediate payment required via Paypal.
7. We will refund your payment if it does not match these guidelines.
8. Some items may become out of stock. It is impossible to maintain a 100% accurate inventory on eBay. If an item purchase becomes unavailable, we will refund your payment in full.

Within 14 business days of placing your order from AutoPartsMall you may return any core or wrong part(s). No returns will be accepted after 14 business days. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. Each buyer is accountable for any installation errors. Buyers are accountable for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. Buyers are accountable for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 14 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. It is the duty of the buyer to contact us and report any missing or damaged merchandise within 3 days of receiving the package.

Service manuals, CD ROMs, Special-order Products, and Auto Body Parts are not returnable for any reason.

All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee.

In order to return an item, you must follow the steps below.

1. E-mail ebay@autopartsmall.ca
2. The part number(s) that you want to return.
3. Your full name.
4. The eBay item number.
5. A complete explanation for the return. 'Wrong part' or 'did not fit' will not suffice.
6. The email address you used at the time of order.
7. Your PayPal Transaction ID

Once we receive the email from you, we will reply to you with your full return instrcutions and an RMA# within 72 hours. Under any circumstance, do not return the parts to the address on the eBay website. This is our corporate address and no returns will be accepted at that address. The return address will be emailed to you along with the RMA#. This is the only address that returns will be accepted at.

We leave feedback every two weeks. Any customer that leaves us positive feedback will automatically receive positive feedback from us in return. Any customer who leaves negative feedback will automatically receive negative feedback from us.

If you are about to leave negative feedback, please contact us first and allow us to fix whatever the reason for the negative feedback is so that you may be satisfied with the transaction.

By purchasing from us you confirm that you have read and agree with all our policies.
