Description:

Authentic Balenciaga 'City Giant' handbag that features olive leather through-out complimented by copper rose-gold hardware.  The handbag will come with an additional shoulder strap for added comfort; the handles are made of tightly rolled leather and held together by olive dyed rope.  The closure is zip opened by a leather pull tab which opens too a black textile lining featuring 1 zip pocket inside.  This handbag will include an attached mirror.

Condition:

This item is pre-owned showing scuffs, wear and a few markings on the olive green leather.  The hardware does not seem to show any visible pre-owned use.  The bottom of the bag and the corners do show minor scuffs and markings from average use.  The interiors does show use but no major stains.  Please keep in mind this item is pre-owned.

Payment:

Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. Please do not purchase if you do not intend to make payment within 48 hours. We only accept payments via PayPal. Your PayPal account must be verified along with a confirmed shipping address. We must charge sales tax on all purchases shipped within the state of California. We have a store in San Diego, California and until payment is received, Authentic Luxury Goods does not guarantee the availability of this item. In very rare circumstances, an item may sell in our boutique before your order is processed. Should this happen your transaction will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience. We cannot place items on hold for any reason. If an offer is made and you do not hear back from us, it means we are not able to accept the offer.

FREE Shipping in the US! Items ship within 1 business day from the time we receive payment. If the buyer is granted a refund, then it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when returning the item.

Although we ship worldwide, please note that items being shipped outside of the US are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. We mark all of our customs forms as "used items" valued at the amount you paid for it (excluding shipping). We cannot mark items as "gift" and customs and duties will be charged according to the fees/terms of your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We are not able to change the invoice price for any reason. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred. Return Policy:

ALG offers a 100% satisfaction and authenticity guarantee with every luxury product bought from our store. If you are ever are not 100% satisfied with your ALG purchase, we will be happy to provide you with either a full refund, not including the original shipping fee.

To receive a full refund, customers must follow these steps:

1) Return the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Your post date thus must be within 14 days of the date we receive confirmation that you received the item.

2) The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent, with the ALG security tag still attached. Therefore, do not remove the security tag with scissors before you are certain that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. You cannot reattach the tag later.

3) The item must include the gift box and all of the papers and materials that were enclosed within the box.

5) Upon receiving the returned item, ALG will issue the customer a refund within 3 business days, as long as all of the previous steps have been followed completely.

6) For authenticity returns, ALG will pay for the shipping costs. However, since our authenticators are experts, you don’t have to worry about this!

7) The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and must include signature confirmation and insurance costs for all returned items.
