Baby’s first steps – is this a human footprint fossil ?

This is a stone not entirely like limestone, more of a hardened mudstone. A bit delicate, but it is stone. It is obviously in the shape of a small hominid footprint of the left foot. Not just the shape, but the entire dynamic of a footstep. Interestingly, it has noticeable contact points at the ball and heel, as well as a sucking impression from the arch to the ball, as if someone had stepped into and out of hardening mud. It comes from Central Texas Hill Country. It’s very lucky it survived being roughed near a creek. The dimensions are: (at widest points) 3-13/16" (97mm) x 1¾ (44mm) x 5/16" (8mm). Weighs: 39.5 grams. This piece is at the top-end of the curiosities I’ve seen. It’s not stuck in a giant rock; it’s a solitary object. The lighting in the pictures does demonstrate nicely how the peaks and dips run, the motion, the movement, and the roundedness of this impression. To behold this in person is to know that it is absolutely precious, and would leave one with little doubt and all too many questions. How old could it be?
