Shipping International:    There are 2 options:   1st Class and Priority International

Most of my items qualify for 1st Class, it is the cheapest option available, however, there is NO assurance or tracking available on 1st Class International packages.  I will send proof of shipping and the US Customs Declaration number through eBay shipping when your item is shipped.  If you choose the 1st Class International option, you are agreeing to ASSUME the risk and liability for that item and CANNOT seek a refund or reimbursement if the item is lost, stolen or damaged.  If you choose the 1st Class option, you are agreeing to these terms.  If I only sent an option for 1st Class and you do not want to take a risk, then please email me immediately and I will send the Priority International option which includes assurance and tracking.  However, if the total amount is $50 or more, I require that the items ship Priority International so tracking and assurance is available, this protects both you AND me.
