-PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME--We ship everyday Monday-Friday except holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process after receipt of payment, and 7-12 days for delivery (domestic). We do our best to process/ship the item the same day if possible; however, it could take up to 1-2 business days.
-TRANSIT TIME-DOMESTIC--Items are shipped Monday-Friday, except holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process/ship. The usual transit time is usually 1-10 business days (except holidays, weekends and the day of ship) depending on the location and shipping method. Any item can be returned or exchanged (excluding shipping and insurance charges unless defective) within 14 days from the day of receipt. Please contact us within 14 days with any returns or exchanges. Please contact us for a RMA number before shipping the item back. Please indicate the RMA number on your package. Also, please ship the item within 3 days of receiving your RMA number. Returned item must be in the original condition as when it was shipped. Please include all packing materials or it will not be accepted.
