RETURN POLICY
All items purchased from us at Jewelry King come with a 14 day, no questions returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the item simply contact us within 7 days for receiving your package and we will issue you an RMA Number to return the package.
All items must be received within 7 days of issuing a RMA number. Any item not received within that timeframe with be refused and no refund will be issued. All items must be returned freight pre-paid. No COD's will be accepted. All items must be in "new" condition, in original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or a partial credit being issued.
Defective items may be returned for a "same item" replacement/exchange only.
