I sell 1000’s of these and have very few defective machines but will warranty then if defective. I have a full 1 year defective exchange policy. The warranty is through me and customer pays shipping to me and I pay return shipping back unless it was DOA or damaged in shipping then I pay round trip shipping cost. Also, If your machine is damaged in shipping you must report it to me right away (use eBay's "Contact Member" message, no emails) and keep everything (box, machine, parts, packing materials and packing slip) and I will get it replaced right away. All replacements will be tested before shipping and inspected to guarantee a perfect working unit when it arrives, unless I receive a machine that was just never cleaned (I do not offer new replacements for a machine that was never maintained and just needed a good cleaning at the end of the one year, rare but true I've had customers do that but I still warranty it for defects) . I stand 100% behind all my products that I sell and will work with you should you have a problem even later down the road after the one year is up. After you are completely satisfied with your purchase additionally, you are qualified for super deals on future orders! Once you purchase an item from me on eBay you then qualify to buy direct and save. I stock a large inventory of vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, additional cleaning machines and a complete line of accessories for each.
