Return Policy

• If the size or color isn’t right for you, you may return the item in three days at your own expense for exchange.
• Items should be returned in new and unused condition in original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer.
• If you need to return your shoes, you may do so under the new eBay returns process.

You may use the new eBay Returns Process under "actions" in your eBay purchase history. Then find the drop down box marked "more actions" / "returns". A return authorization Number (RA#) will be established, and then you can print your own return shipping label. Please make sure that you include the new return packing slip with your return. Once your return has been received and inspected by our Returns Dept., we will issue the appropriate refund to your PayPal account. As this process does not currently allow for exchanges, you may repurchase the new size or style from our eBay store at your convenience or you may wait until the refund is processed. Thank You.
