Unless stated in the item description, we will allow a refund of the paid price, less shipping charges and 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be granted up to 30 days after end of auction, as long as product is returned in original condition with all packaging. Just contact us at refund@brakehoses.biz and put REFUND in the subject line. We will send you an RMA number, which must be on the return label, so we can accept the item back. We have a two year warranty that covers the fittings and crimp for leakage on our Rubber and Braided Stainless Hoses from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover hoses because of improper installation that results in hose rubbing or stretch failure. All you need to do is contact us by email or phone and we will give you the information were to send the defective hose. Once it arrives we first make sure it is our hose by the DOT number in the crimp area. It will then be examined and we will contact you on what conclusion we came to and what we can do resolve the problem

The Brake Hoses we are offering on eBay are made to fit the Stock OEM brake system that came on the vehilce when new. If a Conversion kit to Disc or Modifications to the braking system have been done our Brake Hoses may not fit. If you are not sure what you have please contact us at goodbrakes@brakehoses.biz. We build Custom hoses all the time so helping you get the correct hoses is not a problem.
