We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. 
Once your order has been processed and I have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.  I post twice daily except weekends and bank holidays and only once during school holidays. Items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class unless otherwise stated.
I am not responsible for any items which get lost or damaged in the post. I do get a proof of postage for each item which can be sent to you to helo with any claim you need to make to Royal Mail. Where I can help I will.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
